Orders & Delivery Info

We aim to ship all orders in 7-10 working days. Unbranded & plain items shipped withing 2 working days.

All orders are dispatched by 24 hour courier, small orders (up to 2kg) will be dispatched by Royal Mail. If you require your order sooner than described above please get in touch with us prior to ordering so we can confirm if an earlier delivery date is possible, please note at busy times of the year this may not be be possible but we will try to help.

Order Information

Once an order has been placed it will sit in our order queue, when we are ready to start processing your order we will get in touch with you (please do not panic as sometimes this can take a few days). Will will advise of any artwork issues, if your artwork is suitable we will send a print proof/mock up of your order, If we are adding embroidery then we will send an image of a test stitch. all artwork proofs/embroidery test stitch images require confirmation that we can process your order, this is the last stage where any changes can be made.
