Delivery Information

Delivery Time will depend on the size of your order.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 – 10 working days

All orders are dispatched by a 24 hour courier , small orders (upto 2kg) may be dispatched by Royal Mail
If your timescale is shorter than the above please get in touch with us prior to ordering so we can confirm an earlier delivery date is possible (please note at busy times of the year this may not be be possible but we will try to help)

On order dispatch we will send tracking notification with an order progress update email.

We cannot be responsible for –

Incorrectly supplied delivery addresses

Nobody being at the address to accept delivery (the courier will leave a card to say they have tried to deliver, it is your responsibility to speak to your local parcel hub to re arrange delivery or collection.

Our deliveries are free over £30.00 + vat to UK Mainland , if you are out of popular delivery zones (eg Scottish Highlands, British Isles, we will advise any extra delivery charges prior to processing your order.

We can ship to Northern Ireland, please get in touch with your requirements and postcode so we can confirm delivery cost.

We can ship certain products around the world (except ceramics or other breakable products), please advise requirements and also postcode, country of destination.
